We are pleased to inform you that the call for applications for the third edition of the 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme in “Climate Change: adaptation and mitigation solutions” is now open (deadline: October 22nd 2021).
The Master is designed for students and professionals who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of the climate change impact and the innovative technologies that will drive the mitigation and adaptation responses to global warming. As for the previous editions, the Master offers an international and specialized training aimed at the participants’ recruitment in companies, institutions and organizations as climate change specialists.
PROGRAMMA STRUCTURE AND COSTS
The first part of the programme (January-July) consists of 4 teaching modules (460 h): Introduction to Climate Change, Mitigation Solutions, Adaptation Solutions, and Corporate Approaches to Climate Change. The courses will be held by international scientists and high-level lecturers from the private sector.
During the second part (September-November), the Master students will have the opportunity of a 500-hour internship in the innovation and sustainability areas of one of the outstanding companies involved in this project.
10 fee-waivers covering 100% of the registration costs will be allocated according to the admission ranking; further 10 fee-waivers covering 50% of the registration costs are available.

The novelty of this year is the possibility to enrol in individual courses, without necessarily attending the whole programme. The Master therefore is also intended for employees and freelancers who want to acquire a specific expertise in the field of climate change. Deadlines and instructions on how to apply for the single course will be available from the end of October on the Master’s webpage, where you can find the schedule of the courses.
